Channel Marketing Director of Unilever Food Solutions North America
Kim Morgan is Director of Marketing. She is responsible for the Category Mix and Channel Marketing function for Unilever Food Solutions North America (UFS NA) with responsibility for Trade Channels, Commercial and Non-Commercial priority operator segments, Category Leadership and Digital Marketing. Kim leads a team of Marketing professionals that work across the Unilever Food Solutions brand and customer segments. Kim is also a member of the Unilever Food Solutions North America Executive Leadership Team.
Kim joined Unilever in December 1992 directly from university in South Africa, where she worked in finance, supply chain, sales and marketing roles. In 2003 a global assignment took her to the Unilever Food Solutions headquarters in Rotterdam, The Netherlands, as Marketing and Business Development Director for dressings, mayonnaise, spreads and cooking products and global chain customers. In August 2007 she took a position in Customer Development in North America and has held evolving roles in the CD function, focused on operator customers. In 2009 Kim joined the UFS NA Executive Leadership Team as Vice President Customer Development Operator, Pull.
Kim holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Natal, Durban. She is a certified Chartered Management Accountant and holds an MBA from the University of Natal, Durban.
